Because contributions to Million For What? are voluntary donations (not purchases of a product or a service, and not investments), they are generally non-refundable once made.
If you believe a card donation was made in error, by mistake, or fraudulently (for example, an unauthorized charge), contact us within 14 days at [email protected]. We review genuine cases in good faith and, where appropriate, will issue a refund through Stripe.
Crypto transactions are, by their nature, final and irreversible. Send only the listed coin on the network shown — a wrong coin or wrong network cannot be recovered. We cannot refund crypto donations.
Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded on request once verified.
